Instant Pot Birria Tacos (Quesabirria)
Ingredients

  • 12 cloves garlic, halved
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 4 ounces dried ancho or guajillo chiles, stems and seeds removed
  • Corn tortillas (taco-sized)
