  • 100g tamari or gluten free soy sauce
  • 100g Rapadura or chopped dates, or 70g honey
  • ¼ tsp ground allspice
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
