Almond Crumble Bars with Fruit Jam
Ingredients
  • 3 ½ cups (350 gr) almond flour
  • ¾ cup (150 gr) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • a pinch salt
  • 1 lemon, zest
  • 7 oz (200 gr) unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup (80 gr) old-fashioned oats (gluten-free)
  • 1 cup (300gr) fruit preserve (four fruits or your favorite)
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • powdered sugar, to decorate
