Chard and Vegetable Medley
Ingredients
  • ½ cup water ; divided, plus more as needed
  • 4 cloves garlic ; minced or pressed
  • 1 medium onion ; coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons no salt seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Spike salt free seasoning
  • 4 small yellow squash ; cut into ½ inch thick slices
  • 2 bunches red or green swiss chard ; tough stems removed and leaves coarsely chopped
  • 1 large red bell pepper ; seeded and cut inot ½ inch pieces
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes ; cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
