Ingredients
  • 1.5 lb ground meat
  • 1.5 C bread crumbs
  • ½ C water per batch
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 T romano
  • 2 T italian leaf parsley
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
Steps
  1. Combine all ingredients. Form into balls. Broil, turning when brown. Do not over cook.
Notes
  • I double even triple the cheese. Don't skimp & use only parmesian. Can be pan fried too.
  • Add to simmering sauce to mingle flavors
