An easy weeknight salad that's delicious. Bake the Chicken Breast on the weekend and you're ready to go.

Ingredients
  • 4 c. Salad Greens
  • 1 c. sliced Celery
  • ½ cucumber, sliced
  • 1½ c. cooked Chicken Breast, cut into cubes
  • 4 slices cooked Bacon, cut into 1" slices
  • ¼ c. green onions
  • 16 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Ranch Dressing* or Chipotle Ranch Dressing**
Steps
  1. Divide the salad greens between to large individual Salad bowls. Sprinkle the celery and cucumber over the greens.
  2. Pile the Chicken in the center of the bowls and surround each mound of chicken with tomatoes. Sprinkle the bacon and onion over the tops.
  3. Spoon out desired dressing over the chicken.
