Ingredients
  • 227 g uncooked chickpea pasta
  • 1 bunch black kale or curly
  • ½ tsp olive oil
  • 1 head broccoli

  • 1 can chickpeas 1.5 cups
  • Spray of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • subheading: For the Tahini Caesar Dressing:
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tsp chopped capers
  • 2 tsp caper brine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 to 3 tbsp water to thin
