Tandoori Chicken at Home(Oven Baked)
Ingredients
  • 6 Whole chicken thighs washed with skin and excess fat removed
  • ½ cup of Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of minced ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoons of Turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of Coriander
  • 2 tablespoons of Chilli Powder
  • 1 tablespoon of garam masala
  • 2 tablespoons of Tamarind juice or lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon of salt add more if needed
