Kenny's Crawfish and Sausage Pasta
Adapted based on Matt McCrory's version on FB
Ingredients
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • Fresh parsley to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Kosher salt
  • ½ tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • One can of Rotel tomatoes with green chilis
  • One 8 oz can of tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp Your favorite Cajun seasoning
  •  
  • Combine all of above
Steps
  1. Chop and sauté your favorite sausage (I used ½ lb Spanish Chorizo)
  2. Then add crawfish tail meat cook for a couple of minutes (I used 12 oz Boudreau's Crawfish Tails from Walmart)
  3. Then add heavy cream mixture to crawfish and sausage bring to a boil while stirring turn to low and simmer for 30 minutes while occasionally stirring
  4. Add noodles heat on high until mixture gets as thick as you desire
