Fried quinoa
Ingredients
  • 2 eggs, scrambled
  • 1 ½ to 2 cups shredded beef, or other meat.  Precooked
  • Splash of soy sauce
  • ½ cup of corn
  • ¼ cup water chestnuts
  • 1 cup carrots diced
  • Oil
  • 3 cups quinoa,  precooked
Steps
  1. Heat wok and some oil, add eggs and soft scramble.  When done remove from pan.
  2. Add carrots and oil if needed, stir until warm,
  3. Add other vegetables, stir fry until hot,  add a bit more oil and stir in choice of meat.
  4. Splash in soy sauce.
  5. Stir fry until desired doneness.
  6. Add in quinoa mix all together.  Enjoy.
