Ingredients
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 cups creamed corn
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 4 eggs
Steps
  1. Melt butter in sauce pan, then add flour.
  2. Gradually add milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Add corn, sugar, salt and pepper and heat through.
  4. Remove from heat and add beaten eggs.
  5. Pour into greased 9x13" baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350⁰F for 35 minutes or until firm.
Notes
  • May add buttered bread crumbs on top before baking.
  • If your corn is really juicy, either strain some of the liquid out or use less milk.
