Ditch the Banana Bread and Make This Instead! Banana Custard Cake

  • 115 gr Ripe Banana pulsed in the food processor ( 1 Banana )
  • 100 gr Milk ( ½ cup + 1 tbsp)
  • 120 gr All Purpose Flour ( ¾ cup + 1 tbsp)
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp good Quality Vanilla
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Lemon Juice ( or ¼ tsp cream of tartar) Add it to the egg whites before adding the sugar.

  • 330 gr Whole Milk  ( 1 ⅓ cup )
  • 2 medium Eggs
  • 90 gr Sugar ( ¼ cup + 2 tbsp)
  • 2 ½ tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt
