- 100 gr Milk ( ½ cup + 1 tbsp)
- 120 gr All Purpose Flour ( ¾ cup + 1 tbsp)
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp good Quality Vanilla
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Lemon Juice ( or ¼ tsp cream of tartar) Add it to the egg whites before adding the sugar.

- 330 gr Whole Milk ( 1 ⅓ cup )
- 2 medium Eggs
- 90 gr Sugar ( ¼ cup + 2 tbsp)
- 2 ½ tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
