Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded cooked chicken, preferably rotisserie chicken meat
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup frozen peas, kept frozen until ready to use
  • Chopped fresh parsley for serving

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
