No-Bake Almond Butter Bars with Dark Chocolate

  • 2 ½ cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • ⅓ cup dried tart cherries (or dried cranberries)
  • ¼ cup hulled hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup cacao nibs

  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin coconut oil
  • ½ cup bittersweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
