This Mixed Berry Smoothie is a delicious drink that’s perfect for anytime of the day. Full of fruit and Greek yogurt, this smoothie is sure to satisfy!
Ingredients
  • 2 cups low fat milk OR low calorie orange juice
  • 2 cups frozen berries (I use a mix of strawberries, raspberries and blueberries)
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ½ Tablespoon honey
