These Bagels Are Everything… Ketofied
Ingredients
  • 2 c shredded mozzarella (shred it yourself to avoid the starches added to the bagged ones!)
  • 2 T cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ c almond flour
  • ½ c hemp hearts
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 T almond butter
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum
  •  
  • 1-2 T everything bagel seasoning plus extra for topping (I get salt free and then add salt to the recipe separately)
  • Dash salt
