  • 1 15-ounce can of fire-roasted tomatoes
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • For serving: tortilla chips, grated cheese, scallions
