Dough Pizza's , Pierogi,s
Ingredients
  • Dough 1
  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ½ to 1 tsp. baking powder (optional - for a lighter, puffy dough

  • Dough 2
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 c. (or slightly more) sifted flour
  •  
  • Dough 3
  • 2 ¼ to 2 ½ cups flour
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp. room temperature butter
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ cup water
Steps
  1. Dough 1
  2. Sift together flour and salt on a work surface; form a mound with the flour and make a well in the center. Stir together sour cream and melted butter and pour into the center. Work the flour into the liquids slowly.
  3. Dough 2
  4. Beat egg, milk, water and salt in a bowl. Add flour, 1 cup at a time, until fully blended.
  5. Turn out onto a lightly floured work surface and knead until smooth. Allow dough to rest under and overturned bowl for 20 minutes.
  6. Dough 3
  7. Combine all ingredients to make dough.
Notes
  • you can add spices to the dough's to in hance the flavor
