Bang Bang Salmon (air fryer)

Ingredients
  • 4 thin salmon flanks (thawed)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup sweet chili sauce
  • Sriracha (to taste)
Steps
  1. Make sure salmon is thawed thoroughly
  2. Salt and pepper flanks to taste
  3. Make sauce in bowl by mixing garlic, mayo, sweet chili sauce and sriracha
  4. Place flanks in air fryer (using rack)
  5. Spoon sauce generously over flanks
  6. Air fry at 400° for 15 minutes or until crispy - or cook in oven at 400° for 15 minutes
