  • ⅓ cup Vegetable Shortening (room temperature)
  • ½ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Large Egg (room temperature)
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter (melted - for dipping the muffins in after they are baked. DO NOT ADD TO THE BATTER.)
