Homemade Vanilla Whipped Cream (Crème Chantilly)
Ingredients
  • 2 cups (480ml) cold heavy cream, 3 Tablespoons granulated or confectioners' sugar, and 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Steps
  1. For the whipped cream, combine ingredients in a large bowl. Using a handheld or stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, beat on medium-high speed until soft peaks form, about 3 minutes.
