Ingredients
  • 2 cans - Coke
  • 2 small boxes - black cherry gelatin
  • 2 large cans - black Bing cherries
  • 1 c. - pecans (chopped)
  • 1 large package - cream cheese
  • 1 large can - crushed pineapple
Steps
  1. Drain cherries & pineapple, saving juices.
  2. Use melon baller to make cream cheese balls.
  3. Mix fruit juices & water to get quantity called for on gelatin boxes. Heat, as stated on box; then mix in gelatin.
  4. Cool mixture; then stir in Coke, fruit, nuts, & cheese balls.
  5. Pour into serving dish & chill.
