  • 14 canneloni shells
  • 14 slices regular bacon
  • ½ pound ground beef
  • ½ pound ground Italian pork sausage (mild or spicy)
  • 2 tablespoons pork rub (separated)
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ¾ cup packed shredded cheese (tex mex or cheese of choice)
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced jalapeno (one large)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons bbq sauce
