  • 8 oz red bell pepper, stem and seed removed and thinly sliced, 1 cup from 1 small pepper
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red onions, from 1 small, 8 ounces
  • Freshly chopped cilantro and basil, about ½ cup, see notes

  • 1 egg, at room temperature, see notes

  • ¾ cup avocado oil
