Ingredients
  • 3 cups of Franks original red hot Cayenne pepper sauce
  • 2 cups of melted butter
  • 20 pounds of thawed chicken wings
Steps
  1. Combine hot sauce and melted butter in a large bowl. Mix well and keep warm
  2. Deep fry wings at 350° for 12 to 14 minutes to crispy Brown. Drain well
  3. Add to sauce and toss well to coat
