  • 8 cups chicken stock
  • 3 pounds peeled Yukon gold potatoes, sliced ¼” thick
  • 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • coarse salt and fresh cracked pepper tot taste
  • chopped fresh Italian flat leaf parsley for garnish
