Healthy Fried Rice

  • ½ cup chopped red bell pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce or liquid aminos + extra for seasoning
  • 1 ½ inch cube finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ cup frozen peas
  • garnish: toasted sesame seeds really add amazing flavor
