Healthy Nut and Seed Bread

  • 1 cup whole flax seeds
  • 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 5 eggs
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons sea salt

  • You can easily customize the recipe with your preferred nuts and seeds. Simply make sure that you follow a nuts to seeds ratio of 2 cups of nuts to 4 to 5 cups of seeds. Suggested nuts for addition/substitution: pecans, pine nuts, hazelnuts. Suggested seeds for addition/substitution: poppy.
