Instant Pot Mexican Chicken and Rice

  • 1 lime, juice of
  • 1 ½ tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup shredded marbled cheddar
  • ⅓ cup chopped cilantro
