  • ⅓ cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 2 Tablespoons flax meal
  • ½ cup pitted black olives
  • ½ cup sliced red onion (about ½ medium onion)
  • 2 garlic cloves or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley or ½ teaspoon dried
  • Optional ¼ tsp + smoked paprika
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes *adjust to desired taste
  • 1 Tablespoon tomato paste
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
