  • 12 Ounces Cremini Mushrooms ; Trimmed,halved and thinly sliced
  • ½ Cup Dry white wine
  • 2 Pie crusts
  • 6 Ounces Canadian bacon ; Cut into ¼” pieces
  • 6 Ounces Gruyere cheese ; Shredded
  • Thyme ; To taste
