  • 8 slices extra sharp white cheddar cheese, or your cheese of choice
  • ½ cup red onion, sliced

  • ½ tsp Mrs. Dash - amzn.to/2Z8Q23S
  • 10 slices of bacon, cooked and diced
  • Optionally, diced chives, bacon, bbq sauce or ranch for topping
