Ingredients
  • 2 T Olive or Avocado Oil
  • 6 oz yellow onion, minced
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 lbs Ground Beef (recommend 80 to 85% for this one as too high fat will be wasted)
  • 1  15.5 oz can diced or crushed tomatoes (Make sure they are one without added sugar)
  • 1 to 2 T tomato paste
  • 1 T Dijon Mustard
  • 1 T Yellow Mustard
  • 2 to 3 T Primal Kitchen Steak Sauce
  • 2 to 3 T Brown Sugar Swerve
  • ½ plus ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp allspice (optional)
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp Tamari
  • 2 to 3 T Apple Cider Vinegar
