Roasted Broccoli with Tahini Sauce
This broccoli has a lot of garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and parmesan. And the lemon and herbs add a fresh, zingy pop. The garlicky tahini sauce makes this an ideal addition to a grain bowl.
Ingredients
  • 3 heads broccoli, halved if super large
  • 2 tablespoons, plus ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • kosher salt and black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • chili flakes
  • ¼ cup fresh chopped dill and or parsley
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 cup pomegranate arils
  • subheading: GARLICKY TAHINI:
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
