  • ½ cup water

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon ground oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons coconut oil, plus more if needed
  • 1 ripe plantain, cut in ¼-inch slices
  • 1 mango, diced
