Jackie & Mark Quick Chicken Marinade

Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ⅓ cup white wine
  • 4 to 6 chicken breasts
Steps
  1. Combine all ingredients except the chicken in a large Ziploc bag and mix.
  2. When all ingredients are well combined, add chicken breasts
  3. Marinate in fridge for 20 to 30 minutes, no longer.
  4. When ready to cook, brush grill with oil and cook chicken until no longer pink inside.
  5. Serve over pass with red sauce, pull apart for chicken caesar salad/wraps, or on salad
