  • ½ teaspoon ground allspice
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • subheading: FOR THE SAUCE:
  • 3 tablespoons ( 42 g) unsalted butter
  • ⅓ cup ( 42 g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups ( 473 ml) low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup ( 118 ml) heavy cream
