Flaxseed Buns/Bread/Rolls
Ingredients
  • 150g flaxseeds, ground or whole
  • 1tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • pinch black pepper
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • ½ tbsp maple syrup
  • 2tbsp lemon juice (you can also use apple cider vinegar)
  • 3tbsp butter, melted (you can also use melted coconut oil)
  • 3tbsp water
  • ½ tsp dried herbs (such as thyme, bruised fennel or caraway seeds)
  • 1tbsp white sesame seeds, for sprinkling (optional)
