Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked in water overnight
  • ¾ cup water
  • ⅛ cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Reese artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Reese hearts of palm, drained and roughly chopped
  • ½ cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • ¼ cup dairy-free mozzarella (optional)
