Roasted cauliflower

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, broken into florets
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ cup parsley, chopped
Steps

  2. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Add cauliflower to a large mixing bowl and drizzle avocado oil and apple cider vinegar on top.
  4. Toss to coat.
  5. Pour the mixture on a baking sheet and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle shaved garlic on top and roast for 25 to 30 minutes.
  7. Top with sea salt and parsley before serving.
