No Bake Matcha Energy Bites
Ingredients
  • 1¼ cups rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds, flax seeds or hemp seeds
  • ½ cup nut butter of choice
  • ⅓ cup sticky liquid sweetener of choice (honey or maple syrup)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp Sipology’s Sweet Chocolate Chip Cake Matcha (or your Sweet Matcha flavor of preference!)
  • ½ cup Optional mix-ins: cocoa powder (as seen in photo for this recipe!), chocolate chips, peanuts, pecans, dried cranberries, etc.
