Ingredients
  • 1 cup wheatgrass or sunflower greens.
  • 1 cup alfalfa or other leafy sprout
  • 1 cup leafy greens--spinach, kale, etc. tightly packed
  • 1 Tbs. green powder, like Amazing Grass Raw Reserve Powder, if desired
  • One carrot
  • One apple
  • 1 cup of your favorite fruit juice, or 1 cup water or ice, plus 1 Tbs. agave.
  • For an extra boost, add one Scoop of Amazing Grass Wheat Grass Powder, or one of their yummy, flavored Nutritional Supplements.
