Savory Burger Marinade

Ingredients
  • ½ cup beef stock (plus a little extra)
  • 2 tbsp. or so of red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • ½ tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp. parsley
Steps
  1. Put the beef stock, onion, vinegar, and garlic into a pan, and reduce on medium until there’s like a quarter cup(?) of liquid left. You’ll know when it looks right, my dude.
  2. Add the butter, lemon juice, and parsley. Keep reducing until it’s like, thick I guess? There will be a tiny amount of liquid, but not too much. You know what it looks like, dummy.
  3. Mix with 1 lb. meat, make into patties, and cook. Enjoy.
