  • 250 g broiled tofu
  • 230 g thinly-sliced beef
  • 100 g Shirataki noodles
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • subheading: To make sukiyaki sauce (i.e. warishita):
  • 120 ml sake
  • 120 ml mirin
  • 120 ml soy sauce
  • 40 g sugar
  • subheading: To make Kombu Dashi (Optional):
  • 240 ml water
  • 5 g or 1 pc Kombu
