Honey Glazed Ginger Garlic Salmon
Ingredients
  • 1.25 pounds fresh salmon
  • 2 inch ginger, grated
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 ½ tablespoon soy sauce, preferably light & gluten-free
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ tablespoon hoisin sauce, preferably gluten-free
  • 1 tablespoon siracha
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar or rice vinegar
  • juice of ½ a lime
  • 2 to 3 stalks of scallions, chopped
