  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb. small red potatoes, cubed
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 11 oz. can corn, drained
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley, chopped
