Protein Bagels with 19G Protein
Ingredients
  • subheading: Extra Protein Version (19g protein per bagel):
  • 150g (1.25 Cups) All-Purpose Flour (can also use self-rising flour)
  • 30g (1 Scoop) Unflavored Protein Powder- I use PEScience Multipurpose Protein Powder
  • 180g (⅔ Cup) Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder (omit if using self-rising flour)
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg for Egg Wash
  • Seasoning of Choice

  • 180g (⅔ Cup) Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

  • 1 Egg for Egg Wash
  • Seasoning of Choice
