Ingredients
  • 2 pounds pork or beef
  •  
  • Spice Marinade
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. whole oregano
  • 1 whole nutmeg (grated)
  • ½ tsp. saffron (If available - this is very expensive and recipe is fine without it)
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 Tbls. parsley
  • olive oil
Steps
  1. Crush all spices and mix with enough olive oil to make a liquid paste.
  2. Rub on meat and let marinate overnight or at least 1 hour prior to grilling.
  3. Grill meat over medium hot fire. If possible grill in a grilling wok or grilling tray.
