Beths Melt in Your Mouth Barbecue Ribs Oven)
Note: Try not to buy the pre-packaged stuff. Find fresh meat from your grocer's meat department.  2)  using turkey bags instead of foil. The foil kept leaking, and I was tired of cleaning my oven. Sometimes two racks fit in one bag, sometimes you need a bag for each.  
Ingredients
  • 4 lbs pork ribs
  • 3 ⁄4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon hickory smoke salt
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 ⁄2 teaspoon ground red pepper (optional)
  • 2 cups of your favorite barbecue sauce (mine is Sweet Baby Ray)
