Baked potato soup

Ingredients
  • Bag of frozen hash browns (30oz)
  • 30oz of low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 can Campbell’s heathy request cream of chicken soup
  • ½tsp pepper
  • 2tsp minced onion
  • 4oz light cream cheese
  • ½ cup fat free shredded cheddar
  • ½ cup 2% shredded cheddar
Steps
  1. Add all ingredients except cheeses to crock pot. Cook on low for 5 hours. Add cream cheese and let cook an additional 30 minutes, stirring until cream cheese melts. Add shredded cheeses, mixing well, and serve.

  • Makes 6 servings - 1 ½cups each
